Kontent Cart believes in user delight and we make sure to follow this principle
even in our Cancellation & Refund policy. We aim to resolve all disputes quickly
specially if these are arising out of the monetary transactions. In view of this,
therefore
1. Kontent Cart will ensure full refund of any credited amount
as a result of a failed transaction, within 7 working days to the source of funds.
2. If you choose not to use the Kontent Cart services within 60
days of each deposit, you may request a full refund of that deposit and we will
process that refund within 15 working days.

giving reasons for this request.
